Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing different parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
